First Buoy Exposed in Ice & Still Light at 7:00pm

Certainly the healing spirits are soaring around the Behner household as the Physical Therapists are impressed with my range of motion, better than pre-surgery after just three visits. My muscles are letting me know that they haven't been used in awhile, can't say I've ever felt this much "burning" before?!? Good news is that you can see the buoy in front of our place, so ice/snow is slowly melting away. Certainly good for the soul!!!

Shoulder Surgery a Success - On the Road to Recovery

Wednesday went in for arthoscopic surgery to repair my right shoulder. Good news is that my labrum wasn't needed to be re-attached, but I did have about 5 different injuries to the shoulder: floating cartilage (nickle sized), dislocated shoulder front/back tear, canvas thick scar tissue and major inflammation. The doc was really impressed that the labral tear seen on the MRI had started to heal itself. So this means QUICK & SPEEDY recovery, anything is better than the original 3mos that was called for.
