Ahhh, the tree is up and trimmed, let the holidays begin!!!

Mom & Dad were able to join us in the entire tree cutting celebration this year, so much fun!!!
As you can see, we planned to get a smaller tree this year. Well it ended up being the same height just skinnier, so technically it is smaller!!! You know what they say about standing on the top of the ladder...

You and Kate are definetly hearing the sleigh bells ring!! Just lovely! I thought you were getting a smaller tree this year! It doesn't look much smaller to me!
Sounds as if the christmas spirit is alive and shinning its beacon upon all in the long Pond area! Glad to see all those yule tide festivities and traditions shared by both mom and dad and kate and yourself!

Ahhh, the sleigh bells officially began ringing for Kate when we got the first snowfall. It took us both a little longer this year since we've been so busy. Thanksgiving just snuck up on us. Also this is truly our 1st XMAS in the new house, since last year our flight was cancelled we hadn't really prepared to enjoy it for Xmas. This year has been a blast planning every minute!!!
The tree looks great!
