Thanks to Kevin, Jon & Larry to help put the canopy framing on the lift. Never an easy job because it is so big and awkward. Larry made things easy by using his pontoon between shore so everyone stayed high & dry, well except for me the seal. Now just need to update the dock this weekend and will be all set.

Oh yeah... Larry was a huge help!! Gotta remember that trick for next year.
fortunately next year we don't have to put the canopy on again, once it is done, it is DONE!!!just have to pull the lift in/out...jplan to hook up a boat winch to the house, then put wheels on back end of lift...all have to do is winch the lift into shore for the winter!!!easy as 1-2-3..
