Be A winner!
Winners confront and solve problems.
Losers try to go around but never overcome them.
Winners commit themselves.
Losers make promises.
Winners say,
"I am good, but not as good as I want to be"
Losers say "I am not as bad as some others".
Winners listen, understand, and respond.
Losers merely wait their turn to speak.
Winners respect those that are superior and try to learn something from them.
Losers resent those that are superior to them and try to find their faults.
Winners take responsibility for more than just their jobs.
Losers do not collaborate and always say
"I only do my job".
Winners say "there must be a better way"
Losers say "this is the way we've always done it".
