We're celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary with a lovely beer can chicken dinner. Hegh it's the only use we've found for Budweiser, that's for sure!!! Hegh, at least I didn't forget the occasion, otherwise you'd be looking at me stuffed with a beer can.
Following tradition by pulling our delicous wedding cake out of the freezer and cutting the cake again. Brings back such great memories, and certainly the fact that the cake tasted much better one year ago. ;) Thanks to everyone whose thoughts were with us and remembered just how special our day was one year ago. We look forward to so many more!!!

Great Chicken with a beer up its butt -- Sam and I have done that recipe and we loved it. Good choice. Mouse

I just love Beer "butt" chicken, we also dug into our frozen wedding cake...yummy, a little freezer burnt!
