Bringing the Groceries Home in Spring?!?
You got it, another flooded spring season. As you can see the water was up to mid-thigh and boy was it cold!!! Good thing Katie was at the other end to pick me up, otherwise I'd be one frozen puppy.

I love that your carrying a gallon of milk! I know my sister, and when she wants milk she wants milk!!!

i don't think the Post Office coined the term the Mail Must Go Through, instead it was the local dairyman, the MILK MUST GO THROUGH!!!
i knew i'd have a disaster on my hands dealing with "lactose withdrawal"...
my feet were pretty much NUMB after walking a good 120+ yards...will have to measure it to see just how far it really is...
we know we'll be telling the kids, you know when i was your age i walked a 1/4 mile in the freezing cold rain up to my waste to get your mom milk!!!
